We all love soups, myself included, but we are often lost for ideas and end up cooking the same old soup. This is why I decided to put together a collection of 50 Heartwarming Soup Recipes in an E-book!
Here you will find a selection of easy to make, healthy and delicious soups. All recipes are gluten free and dairy free, making them suitable for most of us. I have included traditional or classic favourites as well as more adventurous soup recipes with unexpected yet equally satisfying ingredients. There are 20 meat based recipes, and with chicken being a popular and easy meat to use, especially in soups, you will find some ideas to help you deviate from the “always chicken” situation we sometimes find ourselves in. There are also recipes with fish, pork and beef. It is also a good idea to have meat free days at least twice a week. That is why I have included 30 plant based soups in the E-book. Apart from providing us with fibre, antioxidants and vitamins, vegetables are also low in calories and help us feel fuller for longer, thus helping us maintain a healthy weight and a healthy digestive system.
The number of portions that come out of each recipe, as well as the cooking time, are at the top of each recipe. You will also find a handy list of ingredients, and tips for healthy swaps and variations for the recipes. Soups can be eaten as a starter or main meal and keep well for around 3 days in the fridge, and for a number of months in the freezer, making them a definite lifesaver for busy days on the go!
