Personalized Recipe E book with the correct portion size and food choices to suit your needs for breakfast, snacks and main meals.
Membership in our members only Facebook support group where I answer questions and offer support. Here you will find tips, motivation, and more recipe ideas. This group will provide a safe platform where we can all collaborate and encourage eachother.
Exercise videos that you can follow at home will also be provided.
For those who choose the 3 month and 6 month packages, at the end of each month there will be an evaluation session where we will discuss your goals for the upcoming month and make changes to your base plan and recipes accordingly.
