Sugar Detox Group Programme
This 21 day Sugar Detox Programme is three weeks long. It starts on Monday 15th February and ends on Sunday 7th March. Each week you will receive a 7-day meal plan with recipes and a grocery list. I have included easy going and versatile meals that can be organized according to your needs.
I have incorporated a lot of leftovers so you can cook once and eat multiple times so that you spend less time in the kitchen and have more time on your hands.

The low glycaemic load foods help control sugar cravings while also addressing insulin resistance and blood sugar levels.
This programme is suitable for persons who find it difficult to control sugar cravings, sufferer from PCOS, or have insulin resistance or pre diabetes.
The macros and calories will be given for each meal, that way you can keep track of your intake as well if you feel it helps you.
